Start things that grow you personally
- Start exercising.
- Start eating healthy. No more sugar. No more junk food.
- Start sleeping exactly eight hours per day. Every day at the same time.

Start meditating. You don't have to close your eyes during that. You can also walk or sit with your eyes open. Just focus on the
reality.

Combine working in the library with drinking caffeine and listening to positive, high bpm (beats per minute) music. Don't do this in
the evening when you want to go to bed.
