Eat healthy

Don't eat sweets at all. Don't drink alcohol.

Reduce soft drinks and energy drinks to a minimum, even if they don't contain sugar. Don't drink Club Mate, it contains 50g sugar per liter. Clear tap water is the best by far without contest. Followed by tea. Coffee is nice, but not suitable to quench thirst.

Toast with Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • Philadelphia Herbs
  • Philadelphia Bell pepper Chilli
  • You could add pickled chilli on top.
Frozen chicken, already marinated and cooked by the supermarket Toast with butter, salt and (white or black) pepper
Rice Per person:
  • 150g rice
  • 330ml water
  • cook until boiling, then on lowest level for 40 minutes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
Marinated olives in chilli and olive oil
  • Toast with butter, salt and (white or black) pepper
Spätzle
  • 2 onions, roasted on level 7/10 until ready. Not too hot so they don't burn.
  • 500g Spätzle, already cooked by the supermarket, add to the onions and fry until very slightly brown.
  • 200g Gouda, add at the end, only has to melt

French Toast
  • 2 eggs, beaten up into a mash
  • some milk
  • let a toast soak in this
  • fry in butter
  • could be eaten sweet with honey (discouraged, because unhealthy)
  • could be eaten savory with cheese, ham and what else you would add to an omelette or a pizza

Vegetables with cottage cheese
  • Cucumber
  • Bell pepper
  • Carrot
Porridge
  • Just oatmeal and water, cooked until gooey
  • If you like milk, add it after the porridge is done, so it doesn't burn.
  • Banana
  • Apple (cooked apples are really nice)
  • Savory with broth powder (vegetable, beef, chicken)
