Don't eat sweets at all. Don't drink alcohol.
Reduce soft drinks and energy drinks to a minimum, even if they don't contain sugar. Don't drink Club Mate, it contains 50g sugar per
liter. Clear tap water is the best by far without contest. Followed by tea. Coffee is nice, but not suitable to quench thirst.

- 500g Spätzle, already cooked by the supermarket, add to the onions and fry until very slightly brown.
